On their official website, they provide a list of devices for which their software can remove the lock. I tried it with my Vivo Y91. My phone was locked, and it’s an old device as well. I followed the procedure exactly, but it still couldn’t unlock it.
I contacted the support team, but they don’t reply directly to the point. When I mentioned my mobile model, I explained that their software was unable to remove the lock, even though their website claims the model is supported. The company kept asking me for logs. I paid for your software, and you’re expecting me to send you logs? At the very least, proper testing should be done from your end.
In my experience, out of 10 phones it rarely supports even 4–5, even though their website says the devices are supported. They did issue me a refund since my purpose was not solved, but their team tries to delay things and waste the customer’s time. Simply do the needful and move ahead—no one has that much time.
