What do you like best about Wonderment?

I have been using Wonderment as a tracking tool at my job since the day I started. It is a Shopify app that using Shopify tracking data to compile into one place and create analytics and sources for our automated email app Klaviyo. It has very useful filters for data and tracks it well. The customer service is always quick to help, even when helping identify issues in Shopify, our 3PL, or with Klaviyo. What do you dislike about Wonderment?

I wish there were counters on each page for totals of line items after I filter the data. However exporting the data and then finding out that way is not difficult. Also I imagine that feature will probably be rolled out eventually if I ask. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wonderment solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creating a source of both data to use for reporting and pin pointing issues of what orders are stalling, for how long, and where they are stalling. It has been pivotal in peak seasons to help us fix shipping stalls in real-time. Definitely a big help to bridge the gap between customer service and outbound operations.
