I use WonderGuest to put the Wi-Fi details, check-in instructions, house rules, and local tips in one link my guests can open on their phones. Guests find what they need on their own before and during their stay, so I spend much less time answering messages and arrivals go smoothly even when I’m not available. I like that the Airbnb import brings in my photos and descriptions, so my guide was ready in about 10 minutes with just a few details and local tips for me to add. The block system is flexible, and the automatic translation gives my foreign guests the guide in their own language without extra work. Online check-in gives me real peace of mind. I also like the video blocks for showing guests how to use appliances, and the QR code in the apartment is super handy. I’d love more design options to match the guide to my apartment’s style, a guest feedback section directly in the guide, and a direct sync with my Airbnb calendar to send the guide automatically before each arrival.
