What do you like best about WizeFulfill?

Easy to navigate, with superb performance. It clearly walks the user through different warehouse processes, such as receiving and outbound processing. It supports multiple workflows, including custom workflows that require no additional development or cost. It also supports ERP and Shopping Cart integrations, including eCommerce. There is a full REST API, including carrier integrations with leading carriers like FedEx and UPS. Support is available 24/7, with a chat option in the application, and response times are within minutes. Onboarding was straightforward, with options for both onsite and remote implementation. Pricing follows a SaaS model, structured so that cost is tied to value creation. The application also includes an AI bot whose intelligence is continuously expanding. What do you dislike about WizeFulfill?

I have to keep retraining my mindset after years of using antiquated WMS systems, because WizeFulfill is modern and removes many of the little nuances and workarounds that older WMS platforms are plagued with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WizeFulfill solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’m able to implement workflows tailored to my individual customers’ needs within a short time period. In the past, I was either stuck with a single workflow that I had to mold everything around, or I had to spend thousands on custom development just to customize the WMS. The mobile application is also a major benefit because it lets my staff work in real time on the warehouse floor and supports multiple barcode fonts. With the mobile app features, receiving and shipping times are cut immensely. It’s also helpful that there are both Android and iOS versions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
