What I like best is how natural it feels to use. I press a key, speak the way I normally would, and clean, well-punctuated text appears wherever my cursor is, whether that’s email, Slack, HubSpot, a browser or a document. It doesn’t just transcribe word for word: it removes the “ums” and false starts, fixes grammar and formats the text so it reads like I typed it carefully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It needs an internet connection to work properly, so it’s not reliable on a patchy connection, and there’s a slight delay before the text appears. Because the processing happens in the cloud, I’m also a bit cautious about dictating anything highly sensitive. Occasionally the AI cleanup goes a little too far and rephrases something I said deliberately, or it mishears an unusual name or term, so I still need to glance over the text before sending.
