"Accurate, Smart Dictation with a Custom Dictionary That Just Works"

What do you like best about Wispr Flow?

I use Wispr Flow every day, and two things make it stand out for me.

First, the custom dictionary. I added my company name, Alphie, and now it's spelled correctly every single time I say it. It sounds small, but with most dictation tools I'd end up fixing the same words over and over.

Second, it doesn't just transcribe, it understands what I mean. It cleans up minor mistakes, and when I change my mind mid-sentence ("oh no, let's say it this way"), it drops the first version and keeps the correction. What comes out reads like I typed it carefully, not like a raw transcript. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wispr Flow?

Two small things. I use a separate tool for meeting notes, so the panel Wispr Flow shows offering to record my meetings is noise for me. As a product manager I get the intent and like the idea, but as a user I'd rather be able to turn it off.

Also, I wish I could move the small Wispr Flow pane on my MacBook. It sometimes covers controls in the websites and tools I'm working in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wispr Flow solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work with AI tools all day, and I've learned that the more context I give, the better the results. Typing all of that out is slow and tiring, so I used to hold back. With Wispr Flow I just talk, and it's much faster and more comfortable. Now I share far more context with AI than I ever did by typing, and the output is noticeably better because of it.
