What do you like best about WiserBrand?

We appreciate the team's effort. For me, the most useful part is seeing which behaviors precede churn and how early they show up. A new user who hasn’t connected a bank account after a few days is already worth a follow-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WiserBrand solving and how is that benefiting you?

Retention is a top priority for a subscription product like FinDrive, but we viewed it retrospectively: it only showed who had already gone inactive or dropped off mid-trial. WiserBrand built an AI model that learns from how people use our product (logins, onboarding, report views, trial activity) and flags users who are likely to leave. We can then automatically send each of them an in-app prompt or a reminder email that fits what they’ve done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
