What do you like best about Wisepops?

I especially like the modern UI, and the support team definitely deserves a special shoutout. Wisepops works smoothly right out of the box for probably 80% of users. The pricing feels reasonable, and their built-in AI Support is a big help when you need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wisepops?

A few features could still use some refinement. I’d really like a completely free-form element positioning system, rather than being limited to a rigid grid or box-style layout. I also find it a bit clunky to pass metadata through hidden fields—especially since you can’t automatically capture that data via Webhooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We recently switched from another major provider and have been testing Wisepops for a short time. So far, Wisepops has helped us reduce our digital footprint
