What do you like best about WiseCost?

The best part is seeing the profitability of each project in real time. As a design and development studio, we log the team's hours directly against each project, and WiseCost cross-references them with costs and revenue, so we can see P&L per project and per client without building separate spreadsheets. The time tracking is integrated with the accounting, which avoids double entry, and the dashboards give us the financial picture at a glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WiseCost?

The learning curve of the initial setup: getting projects, dimensions/tags, and custom reports configured correctly took us some time to get right. A couple of specific reports we wanted required customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WiseCost solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to track hours and project progress in spreadsheets that were separate from our accounting system, so we only discovered at month-end whether a project had actually been profitable. With WiseCost, we’ve brought time tracking, costs, and P&L together in one place.
