What do you like best about WinMagic?

After reviewing several tools for full disk encryption, landed on WinMagic's SecureDoc as it has very competetive price and is loaded with lot of features.

As a company policy we have to secure all laptops and mobile devices so that it can fulfill the international standard security features and we were looking for a user friendly tool which comes in our budget.

What do you dislike about WinMagic?

One of my network person installed a different OS on a pre-boot encrypted hard disk only to find that it has to be first decrypted using WinMagic tool. The data is lost forever even after consulting the customer care. One way it is good that my pre-boot encryption is working like a gym; at the same time it would be great to handle this kind of human errors as an Administrator.

The system is designed for enterprise use and would really want to see it for individual usage also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering WinMagic:
