  ### 1. Terrible provider.  Billing is a nightmare, zero support, EXPENSIVE.

**Describe the project or task Windstream Enterprise Internet helped with:**

We used Paetec for our hosted voice platform back in 2010, until they were bought by Windstream.  Windstream promptly ruined the relationship - poor quality of service, increased our rates, and couldn't match their SLA.  We eventually were given substantial back payments and switched to Earthlink.  A few years later, Windstream bought Earthlink and the same thing happened - poor QOS, high turnover for represenatives, bill rate increases, and a billing disaster.  Then they filed Chapter 11 and it all went to hell.  We're now with Ring Central.

**What do you like best about Windstream Enterprise Internet?**

Nothing.  They were terrible to do business with.

**What do you dislike about Windstream Enterprise Internet?**

Dont do it.  They are terrible.

we were tying to increase productivity by providing a unified communications platform across our 25+ locations but they couldn't get it done.
