"Actionable insights, on demand"

What do you like best about Windfall?

I use Windfall to wealth screen our database of donors and gain insights into their assets and charitable behavior. The tool provides a high degree of precision about our donors beyond just top-line wealth numbers, which helps in prioritizing relationships and conducting yield analysis. I like how the web app works well and makes segmentation easy, allowing us to build out any number of segments more or less on demand. The behavioral triggers provided by Windfall are very actionable. A standout feature is the ability to screen our entire database on demand, with the capability to refresh and pull information monthly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Windfall?

The data upload process can be a bit finicky and onerous at times since we don't enjoy direct integration with our CRM, so it's fully manual. This can be a pain. Also, enriched data exports to CSV don't have consistent ordering of triggers, which creates problems when trying to compare across different segments. It's fixable in Excel, but it's an added step. Fixing this would go a long way! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
