Nothing, it's been great to pilot our remote field service use case with ThingWorx and has been super helpful to showcase PTC capabilities more widely Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Windchill Navigate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Remote field service use case and the benefit was to fix waste management machine with AR/VR capabilities without actual physical intervention. The engineer could look inside the machine remotely and advise the fix without actually visiting the hospital. Super helpful especially with during the pandemic and minimal movement due to lockdowns Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
