What do you like best about Willow AI Governance Control Plane?

The product enables a seamless, effortless connection to all the tools and interfaces I need, without any extra hassle. I also really like the custom toolsets for different departments, since they provide a tailor-made setup right out of the box. The UI is simple and clear, and overall the best part is its simplicity and ease of use.

The product also moves fast, which is mostly a good thing, but occasionally something changes before the docs catch up. It’s nothing that has stopped us in our tracks, but you do need someone internally who stays on top of the releases. The Slack support channel makes up for it, and the response time is genuinely good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Willow AI Governance Control Plane?

I honestly can’t think of anything to improve—it really meets all my needs, especially when it comes to integrating with third-party tools. We started with engineering, and I expected it to stay there. Six months later, HR, legal, and finance are all on it too.

Willow is the first AI tooling we’ve deployed that didn’t require a separate process for every department. It’s one platform with the same governance layer across the whole org, which has made it much easier to roll out beyond engineering without changing how each team works.
