Generally easy for applicants to navigate and for us to review large volumes of interviews.

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

I find the search function to be slow and a bit frustrating to use. It doesn't just automatically populate the interview that I am searching.

Large volume of interviews that we cannot accomodate via live interviews.

**What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?**

Willo was great, very simple and intuitive to setup, the support and help from Faith at Willo was great, very knowledgable. Using the platform was very straightforward and easy for both us to review and the cansdidates to complete.

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

Willo could have better integration options into 3rd party systems where CVs have been uploaded and also could have more scope to customise. On a  number of occassions, we would have liked to change the layout or deign a little to fit more with our comapny brand, but this was not possible.

**What problems is Willo Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Willo saved us alot of time during our trainee scheme hiring process. Having candidates compelte the video interview for us to review and compare was much quicker than performing 60 standard interviews, but also more reliable as often the later interviews mean a candidate is meeting a worn out interview panel, meaning not everyone is given a fair chance.

**What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?**

I loved how easy it was to navigate the platform to add questions and edit the interview. It was quick and easy! On top of that, the responses are stored so you can go back and review whenever you want and Willo also gives a scorecard to make it easier for our Hiring and Onboarding team to evaluate each person based on certain criteria right there on the platform. It's an all in one solution, what's there not to love?

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

Nothing really, I like it all. The only thing I would add is maybe a little quiz in the beginning that redirects a page or a lower initial price for companies just starting up.

**What problems is Willo Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time to collaborate and interview, effort and amount of minutes saved when everyone can login and contribute at their own time and pace, storage, and an approach that allows us to view each candidate holistically.

**What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?**

I am an HR team of one - so this tool has given me some of my time back! I no longer have to play phone tag to conduct pre-screen interviews. The responses candidates provide in their pre-recorded interviews mean we have more meaningful second live interviews, a better candidate experience, and an engaged employee upon hiring!

Very easy to set up! 

The customer support team has reached out to offer help, even before I needed it! I love that I felt supported right from the beginning - even if I didn't need assistance I knew there was help available. 

Free version offers us the basics of what we needed. When it was time to hire for more than one position, it was super easy to upgrade - and the cost was reasonable when considering the time saved!

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

Not a lot of candidates are familiar with this type of pre-recorded interviewing, so it's sometimes difficult to get candidates to complete it. That's a candidate issue, and not necessarily a Willo issue. 

As for specific things I dislike about Willo, I can't say there's anything other than the lack of AI features - but I've been told there will be a feature upgrade soon!

**What problems is Willo Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency - interviews are scheduled and do not require managing my calendar or my hiring manager's calendar to "fit an interview" in. 
Time Management -  my role requires me to coordinate all aspects of HR. Willo has given me some time back by not having to conduct pre-screen interviews live over the phone, making the recruitment function run more smoothly with minimal effort. 
Quality Interviews - once candidates get over their initial nervousness and unfamiliarity, the quality of responses is great! This allows me to review responses at a time that works with my schedule. It also allows us to pull information from their pre-screen recorded interview for more meaningful second live interviews with our hiring team. 
Better Candidate Experience - We provide candidates the opportunity to prepare for their recorded interview and their confidence and personality come through in their responses. Their ability to complete the interview at a time that suits them lets them have some control over their experience. 
Improved Recruitment Process - A more engaging second interview helps us ensure we're shortlisting and hiring higher-caliber people!

**What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?**

Willo is very user friendly and easy to get started with. Additioanlly, they have a lot of resources available to guide you not only as a user but also a candidate. Their customer success team is very responsive and helpful when I run into any issues. It has improved our video interviewing process significantly and we use it daily! It is also very easy for our candidates to navigate and have not run into any issues.

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

Their are some functional aspects of the platform that I would like to see be included in the future to make the process more streamlined partiuarly when integrating it with hiring platforms. For the way that I use the platform I would love if they could integrate experiation dates on the interview as a way for me to track candidates submissions easier. Additionally, their are minor glitches at time that usually are resolved within 5 - 10 min. Willo is still newer having started in 2018 so platform updates are always being made.

**What problems is Willo Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We would often run into issues with our old video interview platform being difficult to naviagte and did not give us much flexablity to offer question variety. With Willo our candidates have no problem navigating the platform. We have the option to select multiple style questions to give our interviews some variety and complexity. It has has also save our team a significant amount of time from a review/scoring perspective. Our team is able to easily naviagate the platform and score candidates quickly and efficiently.

**What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?**

We were interested in finding a way to send one-way video interviews to a variety of candidates to help be able to consider a wider range of applicants.  The solution ended up being exactly what we wanted.  Willo allows you to send a static link to candidates per position and then helps organize them in the consideration process.  It is pretty feature rich and has the ability to be integrated with a lot of other applications.  Very easy to use and customer support has been top notch.  They even volunteered to help us get our logo to display better and adjusted the colors to match our company logo.  If you need a way to send or receive videos, this application is a fantastic option.  Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

It is very good at what it does and integrates well with other applications, I just can't think of any obvious shortcomings.

It helps us be able to consider a wider range of candidates and save both us and them time in the process.  We're able to have questions that we would normally get answered through a conversation by email, but this helps get that information as well as get an introduction to each person by video.

I love how we can have our whole team on there with no extra fees. It also make the process for the candidates super easy.

Maybe the 5 second wait for redirecting to a different link once the candidates uploaded their video.

I love that it integrates with our applicant tracking systen so we are able to easily and quickly send requests to applicants to complete their videos. It was also very easy to add to our interview workflow.

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

Ratings in Willo do not transfer over to our applicant tracking. Also some applicants seem to believe that the messages from Willo are spam or that this process is cumbersome so they opt not to complete the video interview.

**What problems is Willo Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to "interview" people more efficiently and allow for multiple people to view the interview as their scheules permit.

I'm curious as how many candidates do not move forward because they do not understand or like this concept.

What is like best is the ability to easily send out multiple questions to multiple candidates. Having a video response allows you to see the candidate's body language. It's also easy to sent to hiring manager for review.

It may turn some candidates away, specially those very shy or those with limited knowledge of technologies.

Great customer support, it is wonderful that we can integrate Willo with our ATS.
Very easy to use, it gives certain convenience for both parties I believe the candidates and the recruitment team.

From UX experience, I would adjust the possibility of having a ''swipe''  option to move candidates, just a thought.

We used Willo as a point solution (i.e., only for the video interviewing) and it integrated easily with our process, was easy to implement, and had a very minor learning curve (easy for our team to take on the new tech!)

The platform is still in its early stages and there are some minor kinks that they're working out (useability, figuring out where things live in the platform, etc.).  This was never disruptive, and the team was always on-call for feedback or to help us troubleshoot.

The definite upside is that you can look at the videos at a comfortable time for you. You do not need to schedule meetings to ask a few questions and get the first impression of a candidate with just a few clicks. Willo also helps you filter out the lazy and not interested candidates.

The site is a bit slow sometimes. Would be nice to have a fast button to call the candidate for a second try, for example, if there is no sound on the videos.

- Like how candidates can watch a short video of ourselves enabling them to see us face to face without the initial face-face video call

A 1-5 score card would be better than the thumbnails to rate the videos. Being able to input our company colours into the platform would be better for our branding when using willo. It is saving us time and energy by eliminating the need for an initial zoom call with candidates. One of the standout features of Willo, in my opinion, is its incredibly user-friendly platform. Before I became a subscriber, I tried out a free trial with one of their competitors, but I found it quite challenging to navigate. As someone new to video interviewing platforms, I really appreciate how Willo is much simpler and more intuitive for me to use.

I believe the team promptly addressed the issue, but I did encounter some difficulties with the Willo subscription portal as it wasn't intuitive enough for me. However, the Willo team was quick to offer their guidance when I raised my concern, and I truly appreciate their support.

**What do you like best about Willo Video Interviewing?**

Willo is very easy to use for recruiters and candidates alike. It might sound strange or even daunting to use a tool like Willo, but it truly comes down to sharing a link and submitting video responses to pre-loaded questions. As an employer, you can easily customize questions for each interview, and even give a time allotment for the responses. For a candidate all you need is a device that can record video, and it is so easy to record your answer and hit submit. Willo even provides you with a script to send to candidates to make things easier.

**What do you dislike about Willo Video Interviewing?**

There's not much to dislike! I've noticed that the format allows candidates to read the question, write down a response, and then read the response for their recording. However, it's typically pretty easy to tell when someone has done that, and you can assess whether that matters for the quality of their answer. It can even benefit you if the role you're filling requires candidates to think well on their feet. If they don't naturally do that and prefer to prepare scripted answers, you're getting to know that in a setting when you wouldn't otherwise. 

Secondly, I interview a lot of students for my positions. The format allows for someone behind the camera to be involved in the interview without showing up on camera, which compromises the interview's integrity. However, again it's pretty easy to tell when this happens. They inevitably either "show up" by talking or whispering, or you can tell that someone is holding the camera.

**What problems is Willo Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I started using Willo in the middle of a state-wide lockdown. I had to recruit 30-50 positions for a new site, and video conferencing was also new to many people. I was concerned about having to schedule and attend that many virtual interviews without the ability to conduct an onsite hiring event. When we found Willo, it cut out all of those logistics. We liked it so much that it has become a permanent part of our hiring process.
