What do you like best about WILL interactive?

WILL Interactive helps bridge the gap between workplace policies and everyday behaviors by providing employees with practical skills they can apply in real-life situations. Additionally, our approach of assigning courses approximately every 35 days allows us to keep the importance of workplace civility, respect, communication, and accountability at the forefront of employees’ minds. This consistent reinforcement helps sustain meaningful conversations, encourages ongoing reflection, and supports the development of a workplace culture where positive behaviors become part of everyday practice rather than simply an annual training requirement. What do you dislike about WILL interactive?

One limitation is that not all courses are equipped with built-in analytics and reporting capabilities to measure employee growth, changes in mindset, and behavioral development over time. More comprehensive analytics would help leadership identify trends, assess training effectiveness, pinpoint areas requiring additional attention, and make data-informed decisions about future training priorities. Additionally, I would like to see a more structured, progressive learning model that offers level-based courses for employees in their second and third years of training. Rather than repeating foundational content annually, employees could advance to more complex scenarios, strengthen previously acquired skills, and demonstrate continued professional growth. These enhancements would allow us to move beyond tracking course completion toward measuring learning outcomes, supporting continuous improvement, and developing targeted training strategies that address organizational needs. I would recommend WILL Interactive to organizations seeking an engaging, practical, and consistent approach to workplace training. Its realistic, scenario-based courses encourage employees to think critically, reflect on their decisions, and apply what they learn to everyday workplace situations. The courses are well-paced, making them manageable to incorporate into employees' schedules without overwhelming them. I would encourage organizations to consider assigning courses throughout the year rather than relying solely on annual training. What problems is WILL interactive solving and how is that benefiting you?

WILL Interactive provides engaging, scenario-based training that equips employees with practical skills to navigate challenging workplace situations, improve communication, prevent harassment, manage conflict, and respond effectively to potential workplace violence. One of its greatest strengths is the length and pacing of the scenarios. They are neither too long nor too short, allowing employees to remain engaged without feeling overwhelmed. The scenarios also provide adequate time for reflection, encouraging participants to think critically about their decisions, consider different perspectives, and understand how their responses can influence workplace outcomes. This balance makes the training both practical and effective in reinforcing positive workplace behaviors. It also supports my role as an EEO Officer by strengthening workplace civility, reinforcing organizational policies, encouraging accountability, and helping foster a safer, more respectful, and productive work environment.
