What do you like best about Widjet?

The visual builder is genuinely intuitive and powerful. I can create on-brand widgets, intelligent FAQ sections, product recommendation cards, Google Reviews carousels, and a smart AI chatbot in literally minutes. The real-time preview and one-line embed code work perfectly on our Shopify store (and also on our WordPress blog).

What I love most is how native everything looks. Paste a product link and the card widget auto-populates beautifully. The AI chatbot is controllable; we feed it our knowledge base, and it handles 70 % of routine questions while escalating complex ones to our team. The analytics dashboard shows real engagement metrics and conversion impact, not just vanity numbers. Support has been responsive and genuinely helpful whenever I’ve reached out, and setting up is pretty easy to follow, and integrating it in the HTML is as easy as copying and pasting the embedded. What do you dislike about Widjet?

Very little. The free plan already covers almost everything we need for daily use. I’d love a few more ready-made, industry-specific template packs to speed up the initial setup even more. What problems is Widjet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Widjet we either paid developers for every new interactive element or used clunky plugins that never matched our branding. Now we launch professional FAQ sections that have cut our support emails by ~35 %, product carousels that increase average order value, and review widgets that build instant trust. The AI chat has turned passive browsers into qualified leads and dramatically reduced ticket volume. It’s become our go-to tool for website optimization and conversion rate improvement.
