What I found most helpful was the availability of live support (after the bot). As a tech novice, I was unable to figure out how to integrate DNS records (CNAME etc.) /point elsewhere just by following the knowledge base offered. I learnt so much from the support member/s who were exceptionally patient and helpful. And, of course, the very good pricing. As a person with no income, I was able to find an affordable domain name.
