I like that Whiteintel Dark Web Intelligence is the most affordable product on the market in its own segment, while still providing threat intelligence services comparable to much bigger companies. The Global Leak Search functionality and Investigon+ module are quite valuable, allowing us to track identity threat intelligence alerts efficiently. Integration with our own security product through Whiteintel's API was really easy to set up. The initial setup was smooth, the support was very helpful, and the product documents were sufficient to get us started. We also appreciate the transition from Hudson Rock due to Whiteintel's superior threat intelligence sources and actionable intelligence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the UI and UX could definitely use some improvement. There are also more threat intelligence capabilities that I feel are missing, like open source intelligence analysis which competitors offer. I'm also aware that Whiteintel lacks a Malware Analysis module, open source intelligence tracking, and identity investigation features that could be really useful for law enforcement agencies.
