I like the lockable room with knock-to-enter and the no-install browser experience. People can open a link and join without an install or account, and our calls now start on time. Setup was easy and one of the smoothest rollouts we’ve done: I had my room configured within an hour, and the rest of the team was set up in a day. I find it challenging that recording is only available on a higher tier. I occasionally want to record interview or training calls, but cloud recording requires a plan priced for a much bigger team.
