What do you like best about WhatsHubAI?

Upgrading to the Pro plan features has been a real game-changer for our workflow. The Dynamic Flow Chart, in particular, has made our lead qualification process much more effective: rather than putting everyone through the same 10 questions, the form now adjusts based on a user’s initial interest. As a result, our completion rates have increased by about 20%.

I also really appreciate the number masking, which helps protect my customer data. Since we handle sensitive customer information, being able to whitelist our office network gives us added peace of mind that the data can’t be accessed from unsecured locations. What do you dislike about WhatsHubAI?

Setting up the Dynamic Flow Chart and AI-powered flows comes with a bit of a learning curve. Although the “AI solution engineer support” included in the Pro plan is excellent, you still need to invest some time upfront mapping out your logic before everything runs smoothly. What problems is WhatsHubAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before WhatsHubAI, our sales team was drowning in manual lead sorting. After implementing Lead Scores, we were able to automate the scoring process, and the system now qualifies leads in real time based on their responses.
