What do you like best about Whatsapp Business API?

The thing I like best about WhatsApp Business API is that it makes communication very easy and fast.

Like, this helps businesses to directly talk with customers on WhatsApp, where most people are already active. So no need of emails or calls again and again.

Also, messages were delivered instantly, and we can send updates like order details, reminders, and support replies very quickly. That saves time for both business and customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatsapp Business API?

The thing that I dislike about WhatsApp Business API is mainly the cost and setup part.

Like, this is not free like normal WhatsApp Business app. We need to pay for messages, and for small businesses this can be little costly.

WhatsApp Business API is solving the problem of slow and unorganized customer communication.

Like before, businesses were using calls, emails, or different apps, so everything was scattered. Because of that, responses were getting delayed and customers were getting confused.
