What I like most about Whatfix is how easy its products are to use. As someone who primarily focuses on Digital Adoption and Training, the guidance dashboard and the mirror simulations have given a massive boost to our end-user training. The products are great because they’re straightforward to understand, and you can really master them through the offered University courses and hands-on practice. I also appreciate how responsive and supportive everyone on the Whatfix team is; that consistent support and communication is vital when selecting a vendor and Whatfix checks all of the boxes. In my opinion, there are very few things to dislike about Whatfix. In my experience, the most trouble that I have had is accidentally creating content in one Workspace when it should've been in another and being unable to move that content to the correct spot. Having to remake content sometime is frustrating but it shows how Whatfix is good at ensuring that all content in a workspace is confined to that workspace, preventing any issues with content blending together.
