The single and multiple calendar tools can be confusing. There also isn't much functionality for SEM Rush and you can't really edit the fonts that much. If it had these, I'd have given it a 10. Also, the team is highly responsive in regards to training, and the developers work very hard to respond to client needs. **What do you dislike about Whatagraph?** There are limitations on the look and flexibility of the reports, but it has not been an issue. **What problems is Whatagraph solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have to gross up the dollars so our clients will see the same numbers on the report as what they are spending with our agency. Whatagraph showed us how to do custom formulas on single value widgets, and even built the ability to do custom formulas in multi-value widgets, to satisfy us. We are very pleased with this. ### 32.
