What do you like best about WhatABot?

probably their customer service. instant replies and help. i couldnt figure out the shopify api keys and i msged their whatsapp at 3 smthn am and they surprisingly replied instantly and helped me thru it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WhatABot?

i havent yet found anything as i have been using it for 3 weeks. maybe later but so far it has been very good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering WhatABot:

as i said i would recommend because i mean getting all premium features at such low rates with an amazing customer service is a hard find Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WhatABot solving and how is that benefiting you?

basically they helped us with shopify integration which was abig hectic to find as many service providers either were charging too much or they were separated some was offering 1 some was offering the other so they provide all features such as order confirmation or realtime order tracking under one platform that works pretty well. also they had this whatsapp order taking thing which i couldnt find literally anywhere else where people would just place orders on whatsapp chat and all confirmed details would show up at our shopify store. pretty amazing. so i would definitely recommend them as their prices are literally dirt cheap Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
