I've been using Whalesync on and off across various projects for about three years, currently to sync around 1,200 records between Airtable and Webflow. Setup was straightforward even for non-technical users, and it's saved me a huge number of development hours.
Sync times are quick and everything stays perfectly in sync. I've had no issues at all in three years of use, and the platform has improved massively in that time: better UI/UX, more integrations, faster syncs.
The standout for me is the support team. They actually respond, and they respond quickly, which is rare in this industry. They've helped me with integrations in the past and genuinely listen to understand the problem rather than firing back a canned answer. Nice people on the other end of the line.
10/10, would recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, nothing. Three years in and I've yet to find something to complain about. If I'm being picky, pricing can add up as you scale, but you get what you pay for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
