What do you like best about Whale?

I use Whale as a one-stop shop for providing equal access to information like policies and procedures for all employees. Whale allows us to organize everything efficiently, which is a huge help, especially since we have multiple companies, markets, and brands with some service overlap. Employees can stay organized with Whale. I am starting to use the training flow option more to create trainings for different positions that can be reused without needing the previous time commitment from existing team members. Despite some limitations, I appreciate that Whale is user-friendly and quick to get up and running. The initial setup and prolonged use have been very straightforward and user-friendly. Our employees are used to using Whale and automatically turn to the tool when they have questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whale?

When creating cards, I find that the coding limits my ability to freely change fonts and formatting. Copying and pasting into Whale leads to aesthetic inconsistencies. Similar tools allow users to change fonts and font sizes freely, whereas Whale has a set text hierarchy and responds strangely to copying and pasting. What problems is Whale solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Whale to give everyone equal access to information, keeping us organized across our multiple companies and markets. I like that the training flow reduces training time for team members.
