This platform makes transfer of files very easy with is very user friendly interface. Other than this this platform also supports signing of documents between two parties legitimately and flawlessly with its available features. I love the performance of this platform and the onboarding of this platform was really easy and fast too. I also feel that our data is secured in this platform. **What do you dislike about WeTransfer?** I love most part of this platform but I wish that the image and videos at the background popping out of nowhere makes the usage of this platform really confusing. The simplicity of this interface is interrupted by its many clickable media which drags user to another page. I wish that the pricing of this platform was more moderate. I also wish that the platform had better integration tools. I wish that the file is stored in this platform for longer period of time. **What problems is WeTransfer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Frankly after using this platform, we don't have to worry much about the channel where we should send large files. The processing of this platform is quick and reliable. I feel that the user gains lots of capabilities to send large files which was always an issue before. ### 2. Anyone, even without experience, can use the program to upload or download files. Additionally, all my clients can use it without restrictions due to internal security. **What do you dislike about WeTransfer?** On some occasions, even though I have already finished uploading a large file, my client takes minutes or even hours for the download button to be enabled; sometimes that is frustrating. Another thing I don't like much is that, to change the plan and have each internal user of the company have their personal account, the price increases significantly. **What problems is WeTransfer solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem it solves is sending large files anywhere in the world. It would be impossible to download the files onto a USB or an external drive and take them to their destination, because it is not viable in terms of cost and time. It really helps me in a fast-paced environment where I deal with large files. The fact that WeTransfer allows the correct audience to view the file I want to share is a major plus. The party that is meant to receive the file gets it instantly, which is fantastic. The feature of allowing the file to be viewed and saved within three days is very useful for anyone who might have skipped over the file or is on annual leave. I also appreciate the seamless sign-up phase and that every time I access it, I'm automatically signed in, which is great when I'm rushing to send files over. I never experience issues with different file types like .MOV, .PNS, .PDF, and Microsoft files, all of which WeTransfer handles smoothly. **What do you dislike about WeTransfer?** Hard to fault for how i use it. Maybe if i'm being critical the free version could have more send recipients, 10 can be a little low when sending files to many recipients but this has to be expected on free versions. **What problems is WeTransfer solving and how is that benefiting you?** WeTransfer allows me to send large files that other platforms can't handle, ensuring recipients can view and save them instantly.
