What do you like best about WeTransfer?

I like its versatility and how easy it is to use. Anyone, even without experience, can use the program to upload or download files. Additionally, all my clients can use it without restrictions due to internal security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WeTransfer?

On some occasions, even though I have already finished uploading a large file, my client takes minutes or even hours for the download button to be enabled; sometimes that is frustrating. Another thing I don't like much is that, to change the plan and have each internal user of the company have their personal account, the price increases significantly. What problems is WeTransfer solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem it solves is sending large files anywhere in the world. It would be impossible to download the files onto a USB or an external drive and take them to their destination, because it is not viable in terms of cost and time.
