What do you like best about Welltrax?

Very innovative and flexible solutions. Extremely flexible from a master data perspective. Dispatch boards have nearly everything you would expect with a telematics integrated TMS such as hour-of-service, real time load status, and click-and-drag interfaces. The invoicing and settlements rating engine is the most flexible that I've worked with including TMW. The system is integrated with a reputable business intelligence tool. What do you dislike about Welltrax?

While the rating engine is extremely flexible and can rate some of the most complicated rate sheets, integrations with specific accounting systems is lacking. Believe this will be addressed in short-order. For now, the BI tool can likely generate whatever is necessary for importing into a GL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Welltrax solving and how is that benefiting you?

Needed a system that was flexible, great dispatch interface and could rate orders in a variety of ways. With the flexibility and ease-of-use, the system was fully implemented months faster than would be expected with other systems like TMW. In my specific industry, bulk crude oil, solution was substantially better than others such as QV21 or Touchstar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
