What I like most about WellSteps is that it brings different parts of employee wellness into one place instead of making everything feel disconnected. I used the Learn, Do, and Earn sections regularly, and the combination of campaigns, quizzes, challenges, assessments, and lifestyle programs gave me different ways to stay engaged.
The rewards system is also a strong part of the experience. Being able to earn points and badges while completing activities makes the progress feel more tangible. I also liked having the My Tracker section for monitoring activity such as steps, along with the dashboard showing my overall progress. The leaderboard, badges, and challenges add a little extra motivation without making the platform complicated to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are quite a few sections and tools available, so it can take some time to become familiar with everything. The navigation could also feel a little busy when moving between campaigns, quizzes, challenges, assessments, resources, and tracking features. I would prefer a slightly more streamlined experience where the most relevant activities are surfaced more clearly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
