What do you like best about Wellness Vault?

Wellness Vault gives me a strong starting point, and I really appreciate that The recipes, resources and challenges are thoughtfully done and I can personalize the resources with my own voice and faith so I can serve the women in my community well. What problems is Wellness Vault solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wellness Vault solves the "I have to create everything from scratch" problem for me. It gives me quality recipes, guides, meal plans, and challenge materials that I can tailor to my own brand, voice and the women I serve. As a coach, it saves me time and mental energy. I can spend more of it encouraging my members, answering their questions, and helping them put into practice what they are learning. It helps me to serve them more consistently.
