"Welkodia Helps Me Boost My Rental Revenue and Improve the Guest Experience"

What do you like best about Welkodia?

As a short-term rental apartment owner, Welkodia has become a really useful tool for me. I use it to create a digital welcome book where my guests can easily find everything they need during their stay, from apartment instructions to local tips and recommendations. It helps me give a more professional and personal experience without having to repeat the same information every time.

I also really like being able to offer extra services to travellers, and to give them the opportunity to rebook their next stay directly through Welkodia, with a better price for them and fewer fees for me. They also recently added Kodia, an AI assistant that can answer my travellers’ questions directly, which is really useful and works perfectly.

What do you dislike about Welkodia?

Honestly, there is not much I dislike about Welkodia. Maybe some features could be even more customizable in the future, but this is more a suggestion than a real downside. What problems is Welkodia solving and how is that benefiting you?

Welkodia is helping me save time, improve the guest experience, and generate additional revenue in my short-term rental business. Before, I had to repeat the same information to travellers, send instructions manually, and manage extra services separately. Now, everything is in one digital welcome book, including apartment details, local recommendations, services, products, and rebooking options.

It also helps me sell additional services and items to my guests, which creates extra income while also making their stay more comfortable and personalized. On top of that, Kodia, the AI assistant, helps answer travellers’ questions directly, which reduces repetitive messages and saves me time.
