Regular tasks website with slightly low pricing. Which in the end costs you much higher than competitors. **What do you dislike about WeCP (We Create Problems)?** No emails about charging your card. They can silently charge attached credit card even without using their system. What I like the most is their AI Copilot which generates a test question depending upon the candidate's proficiency and experience. We generally tailor the test to check the skills that we need in our product and also the skills that the candidate has acquired while working in other companies. It ensures that candidates can not pass standard tests from one to another as the test is completely fine-tuned to the candidate's profile. **What do you dislike about WeCP (We Create Problems)?** We have not come across anything to dislike yet. The recruitment process is typically very time-consuming, especially in technical fields. With WeCP we have been able to eliminate a lot of the manual tasks in the hiring process and we are able to move from one round to the other much faster. I also like that it gives us more control during online tests through its AI-driven proctoring feature. So we can ensure everyone is playing fair. With many roles being remote these days, having a way to ensure the integrity of our tests is maintained is very important. **What do you dislike about WeCP (We Create Problems)?** There's nothing much to dislike really. But we'd love to have a chat option during interviews. The team seems to be working on it and we hope to see it live soon. **What problems is WeCP (We Create Problems) solving and how is that benefiting you?** WeCP is making the recruitment and talent assessment process a lot more streamlined for us. We can almost complete the entire process on one platform and don't have to rely on multiple tools. Also it takes one-click (literally) from inviting the candidates to take a coding test. It auto-proctors. Another feature we liked was the code-pair feature where we can ask the candidate to code while we understand his skills. **What do you dislike about WeCP (We Create Problems)?** It would be great, if we can have a live chat option so that the interview can be done asynchronously. **What problems is WeCP (We Create Problems) solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a software product company, and our org have a very rigorous technical interview process. After COVID we saw an influx of resumes coming to us, but when we interviewed them, they were not worth. It ended up wasted up a lot of technical hiring manager's time.
