What do you like best about WebsiteBox?

Websitebox is a quick way to get your real estate website up and running, setup is easy with the templates provided. The templates are limited and the layout does need improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebsiteBox?

The customer service is extremely poor. I had an issue and it took several communications and emails to get it resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering WebsiteBox:

It is a quick solution to get a generic real estate site up and add plugins like IDX etc, however, don't expect much from customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WebsiteBox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Websitebox helped get my first real estate website up and running. The benefit was the quick and easy way to link my domain and add features and customize it with the available templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WebsiteBox?

It's system works fine however it could offer a few more options as there are some limits. It's dependable, easy to use and support is pretty good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebsiteBox?

The price went from $99 for a lifetime to $99 a year in 2021 and now I see my renewal jumped to $299 per year. Although that is still a decent price the price originally was $99 for life. What ever happened to companies agreeing to prices that increase at a reasonable rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WebsiteBox?

I love the price/value ratio it is UNBEATABLE(period). Seriously nothing can compare with $100 for your real estate business. The CS is ok, but they are not speedy. I get complemented on the appearance of our site monthly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebsiteBox?

It is a little less customizable than some custom sites. Still is better than standard sites. I wish it was more customizable. Also, the CS should be quicker to respond in my opinion. 24 hours is too long sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
