It's dependable, easy to use and support is pretty good. **What do you dislike about WebsiteBox?** The price went from $99 for a lifetime to $99 a year in 2021 and now I see my renewal jumped to $299 per year. Although that is still a decent price the price originally was $99 for life. What ever happened to companies agreeing to prices that increase at a reasonable rate. **What problems is WebsiteBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** It offers what most real estate agents need for there business. ### 2. The templates are limited and the layout does need improvement. **What do you dislike about WebsiteBox?** The customer service is extremely poor. I had an issue and it took several communications and emails to get it resolved. **Recommendations to others considering WebsiteBox:** It is a quick solution to get a generic real estate site up and add plugins like IDX etc, however, don't expect much from customer support. **What problems is WebsiteBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Websitebox helped get my first real estate website up and running. The benefit was the quick and easy way to link my domain and add features and customize it with the available templates. ### 4. Seriously nothing can compare with $100 for your real estate business. The CS is ok, but they are not speedy. I get complemented on the appearance of our site monthly. **What do you dislike about WebsiteBox?** It is a little less customizable than some custom sites. Still is better than standard sites. I wish it was more customizable. Also, the CS should be quicker to respond in my opinion. 24 hours is too long sometimes. **Recommendations to others considering WebsiteBox:** I wish they would allow the option to have chat button. **What problems is WebsiteBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having an online presence for my customer that they can read about us, and our listings. ### 5.
