What do you like best about WebScaleSQL?

What do you dislike about WebScaleSQL?

What problems is WebScaleSQL solving and how is that benefiting you?

We lacked the in-house expertise to establish a reliable hosting environment, so they handled it for us, though at a significant cost. In retrospect, it doesn't seem to offer great value considering the high upfront expense and the lack of cost optimization they provided for our AWS environment.
