## WebinarGeek Reviews
  ### 1. Super User-Friendly but Recommendation Low

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anouk M.

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I find WebinarGeek very user-friendly, which makes hosting masterclasses and webinars enjoyable. The way to share it with participants, such as the countdown to the start of the webinar, is also very nice. It was very easy to set up WebinarGeek, which fits well with the user-friendliness I mentioned earlier.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I can't think of anything at the moment.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can host masterclasses and webinars in a pleasant way, which generates new leads for my business. It is super user-friendly and the way to share it with participants, such as the countdown timer, works very well.

  ### 2. A Reliable Platform for Online Webinars

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen K. | Quality Assurance Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

WebinarGeek combines simplicity with professional-level functionality, which makes it ideal for both beginners and experienced hosts

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

There is too much textual information when setting up a webinar.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps run webinars online without needing physical meetings, making work more flexible.

  ### 3. Well rounded application which gives the user all the options they need to hold successful session

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdulgafar A. | Software engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I like how easy it is to create a webinar/session. The whole process is simple straightforward and very customizable. The different views for the webinars themselves are also very nice, they give you a lot of control over how the sessions will be carried out and even what the viewers are able to do. Things like the private and public chat being completely separate, features like interactions, quizzes and Q/A being so easy to implement and add on the fly make the sessions so more customizable to the owner. Integration with other sites (Hubspot) was also very seamless. Honestly what I like most is how customizable the whole site is and how much control the owner is given

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I would not say dislike per say but just little things that can be improved on.

Tutorials and the site in general could use more titles to help distinguish what your looking at and even give more understanding. The create and edit portions of making a webinar could use a slightly better design at the top because there are options only available in the edit mode but show up in the create mode, which can be confusing. Lastly, the messaging while inviting attendees could be slightly better.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the problem of having all the tools one would need when creating/hosting a web session.

**Official Response from Romy Langius:**

> Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you enjoy the flexibility and control WebinarGeek provides, from customization options to interactions and integrations.

  ### 4. Great tool and some opportunities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie K. | Senior Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Webinar Geek was quick and easy to get started–this is very important for busy professionals. It gave me options for registration customization which is important in my sales role–I need to know who, where and how people found the registration link to help with future marketing around webinars. I love the webinar series option! For this option, would individuals sign up for an entire series and it's all added to their calendar? Or would they need to sign up for each individual webinar within the series?

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

A few wonderings... - Are there auto-generated reminder emails? - Can you use breakout rooms and/or polls? - Can you pin or highlight important questions from the chat? - Can you reuse/repurpose live recorded webinars into short clips with captions? - Is there a way to track engagement during the webinar? Highs and/or lows? When people logged off?

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek is giving me a software to build, launch, track, and deliver webinars with data and analytics to review the webinar performances afterwards. In the education space, more and more work is being done virtually and we are actively trying to find ways to engage current customers while expanding into new districts. Webinars give us a free platform to reach a larger audience without spending money and time on traveling to individual districts.

**Official Response from Romy Langius:**

> Thank you for your feedback, Stephanie! We’re glad to hear WebinarGeek is helping you build, launch, and track your webinars.

  ### 5. Webinars made easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christine G. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Webinargeek was very easy to sign up for and log into. Instructions were fairly simple and clear, and the tutorial was just long enough for a quick glance at the main functions. Most prompts were helpful and overall, the site is intuitive to users of Meet and Zoom, in my view. I really liked the simplicity and bold, clear icons directing the way. What I really like (that I don’t believe other webinar platforms offer?) are the pop-up written explanations which make learning the platform quick and easy. Within ten minutes I felt comfortable navigating around, creating a new webinar, and emailing others to join. The presentation slides are extraordinarily easy to access and manipulate. For participants, it seems easier to use than Zoom or meetings. Nothing I attempted to try (emailing a participant, setting up a new webinar) presented any technical issues. I would welcome the use of Webinargeek where I received an invitation to participate, and I would feel comfortable navigating inside the platform (especially as an invited participant).

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Some of the required information struck me as a bit invasive, though – I am not sure why I could not proceed without entering my birth date (but I imagine this is for identification). On the fourth and last box of the Tour pop up; viewers are instructed to click a box for “Let’s Webinar” – but it is unclear which box to click. It would be helpful if that particular button would light up, or an arrow would point to it, etc. I poked around and wasn’t sure which box I was being prompted to follow next, while remaining on the page. Overall, I found the pages a bit ‘more’ information offered, than on either Meet or Zoom – which can make navigation difficult for first time users. One suggestion I have is to make the Private Chat box background a separate shade or color, so it is super clear and to prevent the possibility of accidentally communicating private chat with all. I found it a bit cumbersome to navigate out of the webinar page (back to the dashboard), and it would be helpful to have an easy to spot link back to the dashboard. I’m afraid I was not successful getting my audio to work, but I believe this is related to a browser extension that was inadvertently added into the Edge browser I was using, because it is the second time today I could not get my audio to work on a webinar app (the other being Zoom). Regarding the CRM and integration, I viewed these areas but unfortunately was unable to connect, since I do not have HubSpot or Salesforce on this particular desktop today.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What stands out to me is the ease of use when screen sharing and especially showing presentation slides.

**Official Response from Romy Langius:**

> Thank you for your kind words and feedback, Christine! We’re glad to hear you find WebinarGeek easy to use, especially for screen sharing and presenting slides.
We really appreciate your suggestions! Our customer support team will be happy to assist you, and you’re always welcome to share any feature requests with them.

  ### 6. Easy to use webinar tool !

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rabia W. | Independent Contractor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Most useful is the stats page that shows you how many people have subscribed to your webinars. This app has loads of essential functionalities like replays, resuming the webinar, integrations, sending emails, etc which is really a plus.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Some glitches in the sample webinars but its not a big deal i think.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it’s a comprehensive tool to cater the needs of users hosting webinars whether it be LIVE or Automated. The app is quite easy to navigate and provides many options for user to host a successful webinar. Its helping me host webinars quite easily.

  ### 7. WebinarGeek, our digital assistant

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Walter C. | chairperson of the photography club, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Quality / Completeness / No software installation required to follow the webinar / User-friendly, both in creation and use

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Quite expensive, and the cheaper basic version has too few options in terms of, for example, the number of presenters and custom branding

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through webinar geek, we can offer training courses where the automatic reply is a valuable asset.

  ### 8. Intuitive Interface and Robust Webinar Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony W. | Freelance Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I appreciate the interface, especially when it comes to hosting webinars, as it is quite responsive. I also enjoy the poll options available during the webinar sessions. The platform offers a strong mass invitation feature that can accommodate a large number of users. Additionally, creating and setting up new sessions comes with plenty of options to choose from.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

While exploring the new features and trying to navigate the dashboard, I found myself somewhat confused. It took me a while to find the CRM Integration, and I believe this aspect might be difficult for users who are not very comfortable with technology.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm exploring a new, modern approach to hosting webinars that includes mass invite links and CRM integrations.

  ### 9. Effortless Setup, Great for First-Time Users

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dindo R. | Team Leader, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I like the ease of setup with WebinarGeek, especially since it provides step-by-step instructions that are really helpful for first-time users like me. It makes the process straightforward and easy to use, so I didn't feel lost or confused. This aspect is nice whether I want to broadcast information to a small group or a big group of audience.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Just the colors or the theme, the interface can be improved.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek solved my problem of contacting a specific market. The ease of setup with step-by-step instructions was great for a first-time user like me. I found it very easy to use, which is nice.

  ### 10. Easy, reliable webinar tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrii H. | General QA Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

WebinarGeek continues to give a sense of being basic yet reliable. No difficulties in participating in the webinars, no complications in setting up a webinar, and I appreciate the settings’ versatility. Integrations are still a great advantage and add more value to my workflow through the platform.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The dashboard could be improved a bit (performance/accessibility). The “Create webinar” button looks slightly misaligned, and during setup I’d love clearer error messages in edge cases. Also, the browser back button sometimes resets selected options so saving choices more consistently would help.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webinargeek is an easy-to-follow website, that gives good user experience for creating customizable webinars

  ### 11. Easy to use webinar platform with CRM features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tauhidur R. | FullStack Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Clean and easy to use and fast webinar creation flow. I especially like the HubSpot integration, which makes lead tracking much easier.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Some screens could explain features a bit more clearly

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves common challenges of managing webinars

  ### 12. Easy and quick to use for live, on demand and pre-recorded webinars

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I coordinate a lot of live Zoom calls and webinars, and find WebinarGeek to be super straightforward and easy to navigate. My typical workflow includes hosting live Zoom calls then uploading to my own platform but I had the chance to try WebinarGeek and definitely see myself using it for future sales webinars and training sessions / discussions I host. Setting up the webinar and automated communications both during and after the webinar was really simple and easy and the ability to integrate tools like ActiveCampaign and Zapier (and Webhooks) makes it much more likely that we'll use this. Also the ability to copy and clone previous webinars, messages and communications was helpful. All in all I'd recommend it to anyone regularly hosting webinars (if you're just starting hosting webinars the tiptools / tutorials were helpful so you should be able to manage fairly easily).

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

In setting up my first webinar, I found it took me a few minutes to get the webinar screen to look exactly as I wanted (I was testing using the Dry Run tool) - but I found some answers via the Help window and support. There are certainly workarounds with web hooks and tools like Zapier, but I'd suggest more integrations with community platforms that are out there, if training and education for people already in your organization is a focus - platforms like WordPress, Circle or others would be great. Otherwise it's all been super straightforward and clearly thought through.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting sales webinars and training sessions booked and setup in a single place without requiring multiple tools and platforms to be used - a timesaver for sure.

**Official Response from Romy Langius:**

> Thank you for your great feedback! We’re glad WebinarGeek is making your webinars and training sessions easier to manage.

We really appreciate your suggestions for additional integrations. Feel free to submit any feature requests via our support chat.

Thanks again for recommending us!

  ### 13. User-testing experience

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The website layout appears very modern and professional. I personally like the colors selected for the design of the website. Seems neutral, professional.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The platform isn't as user friendly/intuitive as other platforms that are currently out. I found myself clicking through one too many menus/pages to figure out what features I wanted/needed to use for the purpose of my assignment so it definitely felt like a seep learning curve.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Platforms like these are always great for providing information to clients, in my case, employees of an organization in addition to offering training.

  ### 14. Exceptionally User-Friendly Webinar Platform, Perfect for Beginners

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roelie K. | Darmspecialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Webinargeek is very user-friendly. Even for someone unfamiliar with webinars, the software is very straightforward, with explanations and help functions throughout. It makes both hosting and commercially deploying webinars simple.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Currently, it's not possible to include an attachment (such as a PDF of the presentation) in the confirmation email. I find that a major drawback. Furthermore, the email editor isn't very user-friendly for someone without experience.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hosting webinars is a fantastic way to showcase my knowledge and expertise to potential leads. I also use the interactive sessions internally within my company for training and team sessions.

**Official Response from Romy Langius:**

> Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that you find WebinarGeek user-friendly and helpful for both hosting and training.
Regarding attachments, you can add them as a link in your emails using a button — here’s a helpful guide: https://help.webinargeek.com/en/articles/6499764-handouts-and-attachments

  ### 15. Easy Webinar Hosting with Room for UX Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mechelle B.

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I like how easy it is to access webinars and the hosting capabilities on WebinarGeek. When I'm live on my webinar, there are so many buttons that do great things and they are easy to access. The overall setup was pretty easy too.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

There could be a tour button so someone can learn the website easier. Also, when it's time to create the webinar, it should have icons that say 'next' because I really didn't know where to go after I got done with one tab.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find WebinarGeek provides easy access to webinars, simplifies hosting, and offers a range of buttons for great functionalities during live webinars.

  ### 16. using Webinargeek web app

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammad S. | general manager, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

The Webinargeek is cool platform for webinars , it is very easy to use so every one can use it , strong customer support and ai assist make it more good. The integration part is cool and the interface is user friendly so we can find everything easily

just the log in part must be checked I think , and it needs more improvement

It was cool I used it creating webinars and inviting my team it is good workspace

**Official Response from Paula Grossmann:**

> We're really happy to hear that you find WebinarGeek easy to use and that you value our customer support and AI assistance!

  ### 17. Super happy with WebinarGeek

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marilyn B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I have been working with WebinarGeek for several years, and have always found it to be a nice and intuitive system. I can easily find all the buttons, the system works logically, and I have never had any problems with the software! If I have questions, I can reach out via chat to helpful people who think along and see what is possible.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Least useful is difficult. Maybe the structure of webinars that have already ended and sometimes finding them again. But I don't do that often and it's not really bothersome.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With WebinarGeek, I can easily host a webinar, alone or with a guest speaker, I can bring people on stage for a conversation together, the Q&A function is super handy to use, the difference between private/public chat is indispensable for a webinar with 100+ live followers. What is also super nice is that an automatic recording is made that I can share, and that you can easily schedule emails depending on live viewers or non-viewers.

**Official Response from Matt Kok:**

> Hi Marilyn, thanks a lot for the kind and informative words!

We are happy to have you as a long-time customer and you're always welcome to ask questions on the chat :)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Easily Duplicatable webinars full with all email sequences native to the platform.
Customer support was quick and helpful.
We use it about every 3 weeks but plan on running automated webinars every 4 days or so.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

They don't natively have sequenced text messages.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webinars are our sales strategy - WebinarGeek allows us to get to a place were we can have them almost fully automated.

  ### 19. Seamless webinar experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andre F. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

This is one of the most easy to use webinar platforms I've come across. The analytics dashboard helps me understand our webinar participants in ways that allow me to measure ROI from these activities much more accurately than I was able to do previously.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

There are more cost efficient options available and the chatbot assistant can be a little distracting.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek allows me to quickly make feature-rich webinars saving my team time and frustration. The statistics dashboard page allows us to track participant engagement in ways that allow us to more accurately measure our return on investment in webinar creation and dissemination.

**Official Response from Romy Langius:**

> Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that WebinarGeek is helping your team save time and gain valuable insights through our analytics dashboard.

We appreciate your feedback.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience!

  ### 20. Effortless and Invaluable for My Webinars

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meagan M. | Director of Agent Success, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

It is easy to use and so helpful for my bi-weekly webinars.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I haven't found an aspect that I dislike.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I host webinars at "odd hours" so I am able to record my webinar and set it up using WebinarGeek so that it feels live to the viewer. It frees up my schedule and provides a good viewer experience.

  ### 21. Endlessly customize with logos, colors, and sales pages, so many possibilities.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

You can customize a lot, logos, colors, sales page, etc. You can print everything out afterwards. Data, questions, email addresses, after mails, etc.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

A lot of possibilities also means a lot of setup before you can start. Fortunately, there is the copy function.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can give a webinar for many people. Be professional.

  ### 22. Effortless Webinar Creation with All the Essentials

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Silke K. | Public Relations Manager , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

It's really quick and easy to create webinars with everything you need. You can easily set up polls, campaign links, on demand webinars and much more. The customer support is excellent.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

You have to familiarize yourself with the process of creating follow-up emails in a little more detail. What I find unfortunate is that the new design template offers very few visual design options.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek is a really great tool for all the steps involved in setting up a successful webinar. It is quite easy to use and offers many possibilities.

  ### 23. Easy to Use, Professional Webinars, and Helpful Chatbot

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Until now we organised two webinars with webinargeek. It’s really easy to use, and the webinar looks very professional. The chatbot works great — you can ask any question, and the answers are clear and helpful.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Sometimes it is not convenient for the link that people receive to be personal. They cannot share the link with interested colleagues.
The evaluations are not anonymous. I can see exactly who gave which answer, while the participant usually assumes that it is anonymous.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek makes it easy to organize and host webinars without any technical hassle. It saves me a lot of time and gives a professional look to my presentations.

**Official Response from Romy Langius:**

> Thanks for the great review — glad to hear your webinars have been smooth and professional so far!

By the way, it is possible to use a general link instead of a personal one. You can read more about that here: https://help.webinargeek.com/en/articles/12051555-view-without-registration

Overall, I found that the site is clear, and all features function smoothly.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

However, there are a large number of options available. For new users I think, this abundance can feel overwhelming. I read before that according to the Choice principle, while users believe they want many options, they actually benefit more from a selection that is limited and well-organized. Although the site is already neatly organized, I feel like it may help to hide some features or make them optional to create a more streamlined experience for newcomers.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Addressing the problem of glitchy or lagging video conference service has been important for me. Ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted connection makes a significant difference in the overall experience.

**Official Response from Romy Langius:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re happy to hear that WebinarGeek provides a smooth and reliable webinar experience. Your feedback is very valuable and will help us make the platform even more intuitive.

  ### 26. Overall nice tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohan K. | Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I felt the aesthetic and overall purpose of the application were good, combined with the UI layout. I like the instant flow into a new meeting and the defaulted data apis like disbaled camera stays off in the next recording.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I felt things could be better and more dynamic in nature. I expected a more linear user flow for the different steps, presented in a one-page layout, as the current meetings were confusing. I hoped that it would be slightly easier to navigate; however, the widgets do a good job explaining it.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the issues of having meeting recording all syncronzied in one space

  ### 27. WebinarGeek is ease of use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Selim B. | QA, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Register and instruction for first time user was easy to understand and navigation looks user friendly. Joining to webinar also was easy

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Only thing it was difficult for me to find how to invite participants.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to create webinar easily and connect with people

  ### 28. Seamless Webinar Creation and Hosting with AI Assistance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

AI assistance creating a webinar, and using the same platform to host it. This made the process seamless and easy! With this easy process, I feel more confident hosting my first webinar.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The website navigation can be a bit confusing.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facilitating the process of creating a webinar and hosting it. Otherwise, you will need to use multiple tools to get it done.

  ### 29. Best webinar tool ever used!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oscar V. | ICT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I've been using WebinarGeek for almost a year and a half now, and I can honestly say it’s been a game-changer for our webinar strategy. Over that time, I’ve organised 12 webinars with the platform and have several more already in the pipeline — it’s become an essential tool in my work.

What I love most is how incredibly user-friendly it is — not just for admins like me, but also for our speakers and attendees. Everything is smooth, intuitive, and just works. And behind that simplicity lies a powerful platform that can handle everything from live interaction to analytics and even automated webinars.

As the cherry on top, WebinarGeek comes with a built-in communications module that helps manage invites, reminders, and follow-ups — no need for extra tools or integrations (though those are available too if you want them). Plus, the platform keeps evolving with frequent, thoughtful updates that show the team is really listening to its users.

In short: WebinarGeek is reliable, easy-going, and just plain great to work with. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a solid, human-friendly webinar solution.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The only hic is when arrives to "sensitive topic" of countries list in their out of the box countries drop down menus for the online registartion, they aren't accurate - e..g naming of some countries wrong and some other missing)

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

retrun of investment, since our webinar are free-ofcharge we were looking for a good, relianta nd cost effective tool, which webinarGeek proved to be the best solution

**Official Response from Romy Langius:**

> Hi Oscar! Thank you for your amazing feedback! We’re glad WebinarGeek has made your webinars easier and more effective.

  ### 30. Decent Webinar Platform

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kathryn R. | Content Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I like the ability to easily create live, on-demand, or hybrid webinars. Customizations are easy to toggle on or off. Starting a live webinar is easy.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Some menu navigation isn't intuitive, like navigating between the three different types of chat within a webinar, finding the "invite attendees" menu from different screens, etc. Some integrations require a pro account, which is unfortunate.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching consumers on a live or scheduled basis to share information.

**Official Response from Romy Langius:**

> Thank you for sharing your thoughts! We’re glad to hear that you find creating live, on-demand, and hybrid webinars easy and appreciate the customization options. We also appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the platform.

  ### 31. HubSpot Integration Was Exactly What We Needed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I liked many features, but the most important was integrations with marketing tools, in my case I connected it with my HubSpot account which was exactly what I needed.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

One thing I think needs to be improved is the registration process, as it was confusing for me which information was required to fill in.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me WebinarGeek is very useful for daily tasks in managing webinars, as it is very easy and intuitive to use.

  ### 32. Easy-to-Use Webinar Software Packed with Great Features

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The account plans. I would like tot be able to create a superuser account with various subsidiaries.

  ### 33. Versatile Webinar Platform with Extensive Customization Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

WebinarGeek has lots of different resources in order to perform webinars in a public or exclusive setting. There are many different customization tools that allow the presenter to perform the webinar to a few individuals or many colleagues. The sample webinar that was created also gives insight on what to expect before creating a webinar yourself.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

There are so many customization tools that I believe it could possibly overwhelm a presenter.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webinar is solving the idea that a presenter has to only use Zoom or Microsoft Teams but in reality there are many, even better, programs.

  ### 34. Intuitive Platform With Many Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

WebinarGeek is both easy to use and navigate, and it offers a robust suite of features that are intuitive to manage and adjust. Its different pages and UI are well-designed and reliably functional.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

There was lag between pressing a button to apply an integration and a confirmation page appearing that made me wonder if the button had worked or not.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek offers a means of easily managing webinar scheduling and presents options for inserting visuals in planned presentations that I haven't seen before on other platforms. It provides a level of customization that other presentation/webinar platforms I'm familiar with don't share.

  ### 35. Excited To Start Doing Webinars

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris M. | Founder | Real Estate Broker , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Every thing is set up. I just have to show up and give a good presentation. The customers/guests don't have to download any software.. Also there are great audience engagement features. Customers just type there questions in and I can answer them with out missing a beat. So much better then what we were previously using. With there many features we can give direct CTAs. I'm so happy we found them.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Could have used some training videos. Could do something to help people with fears of public speaking.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our gatherings are simple to join and manage — I just upload the email addresses, and the system takes care of the rest: invitations, reminders, and access details are all automated.

**Official Response from Romy Langius:**

> Thank you for your kind words! We’re happy to hear that WebinarGeek makes your webinars simple to join and manage, and that you enjoy the audience engagement features.

**Reviewed by:** K W.

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I find WebinarGeek quite easy and clear to work with. The setup is straightforward, which improves the usage for me. Additionally, the initial installation was easy.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I would like the emails to go back to the old version.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With WebinarGeek, I can provide more clarity on certain topics. It works easily and clearly, which makes the user experience pleasant.

  ### 37. Easy Webinar Navigation, But Needs More In-Webinar Functional Buttons

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The things that I like was its easy to understand where you will be navigating.
I might use it to set live webinar which I like since its easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

What needs to improve is more functional button inside the webinar, like the option to share(if possible one click away) and other buttons like notes, bullets to follow during live webinar.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It eliminates technicality from hosting your 1st webinar. As a host it would save time and effort.

  ### 38. Great Webinar Features, But Navigation Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefan G. | Freelancer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I like how it lets you create your own Webinars and the options that are available to let your audience interact with them.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The layout is a bit strange and sometimes it can be difficult to navigate around the website.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek helps us to make Webinar design more easier and interactive with participants as well. This benefits me because I may learn how to make my own Webinars one day and have my audience interact with it by allowing them to ask questions.

**Official Response from Romy Langius:**

> Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that WebinarGeek’s features are helping you create interactive webinars. We also appreciate your note about navigation — it’s valuable input as we continue to improve the platform and make it as intuitive as possible.

  ### 39. Webinar Tool easy to use, flexible and with regular updates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel B. | Marketing Automation Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

WebinarGeek does what it promises.
Webinars without the need to install anything, neither for presenters nor for users.
Classic interaction features: chat, questions, polls, slide presentations, and screen sharing.
Webinars can also be evergreen or automated.
It offers several built-in native integrations, and others (e.g., Salesforce) are available for a fee

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Its AI agent is not really helpful.
Anyway you can get in touch with a real person after that and it solves the issue most of times

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek allows us to run webinar funnel, both live and evergreen

  ### 40. User-friendly and high quality software

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communicating with a large group of resellers spread across the U.S. and Europe

**Official Response from Romy Langius:**

> Thank you for your kind words! We’re glad to hear that you find WebinarGeek intuitive and our support helpful.

We appreciate your feedback.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The webinar template page looks professional enough, with a good color combination. The navigation was okay at the beginning. However, after a couple of attempts to edit the webinar setup, everything appears to be in order.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I would expect the price point will be a little bit cheaper. I don’t know that’s 85/month is a reasonable price if we only use the site once every other month or even one time only webinar in a year.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm not a Webinar creator yet. I might use it in the future when becoming a webinar creator.

  ### 42. A must have for Hosting Webinars

  ### 47. Very easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ingeborg D. | Business Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I love how easy it is to use WebinarGeek, since I am not the best at these sort of things. I find the process of getting started easy and there is plenty of support along the way. I can focus on my content in the webinars instead of the technical part which is exactly what I was looking for. I am also quite impressed with the prices compared to other platforms.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

At the moment I haven't found anything I don't like yet.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek solves all my technical problems so I can focus on the content of the webinars I teach.

  ### 48. Highly recommended platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joan A. | Visual Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The versatility it offers. From a single site, you can send emails, create a registration landing page, include all the presentation material, and then you have statistics to analyze everything. We are very satisfied.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Sometimes we have had some interference with the connection and afterwards we would like to be able to further customize the emails and the content that is sent to the participants.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basically, we needed a platform that would allow us to conduct professional webinars, and we have achieved it.

  ### 49. As simple or as complex as you need

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The host interface is simple and easy to use. While my focus is on producing webinars and preparing materials (both of which are straightforward), what stands out most is how effortless it is to onboard hosts to the platform. The option to do a dry run and test everything beforehand is a huge plus. On top of that, the customer support is reliable and helpful.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I’m still exploring the platform’s features, but so far, I haven’t come across any issues.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform is an effective way to engage and inform our customers about our solution. Features like Q\&As and automatic recordings are especially useful, helping me create valuable content to share after webinars.

  ### 50. Extremely user-friendly platform, reliable, and the customer service is top-notch.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maryline L. | Coördinator Topsportbegeleiding/Sportpsycholoog, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Super easy to prepare and conduct webinars, even without extensive technical background. The entire process from invitation to participation is managed on one platform. Always stable working webinars during execution. And the customer service responds quickly and adequately. A great partner for our organization.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

No points of criticism. If you have questions or uncertainties, customer service is available and they always help further. Personally, I prefer to speak directly to an employee instead of a chatbot first, but you are quickly connected, so that's fine.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inform/educate large groups with a low investment of logistical matters, time, location, resources, etc.
