**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The fact that anyone could start using the tool right away, it's very self explanatory and really easy to use. Also, the customer service responses are almost instant, so if you do have a question, they can help out immediately.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The only thing I can think of is that it's not integrated in our MS365-stack. But we found a solution with Zapier.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hosting quality webinars, this has now become a standard for our company since using webinargeek. Before that we had other tools that were complicated in setup and use and this didnt benefit our quality of webinars.

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The software is very intuitive and most of the option you need for a good webinar are there. Webinargeek was one of the first who is only browserbased, so no need for the viewers to install an app so this is very accessible. Also the registration module with email functionality, the constant monthly updates with new functionalities are also great and overal it is not that expensive.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I miss the breakout room options and the quiz functionality could be a little bit more complete.

It's a great tool to work with, it makes distributing content a lot easier. The implementation was fast and easy. A great advantage is the integration with hubspot and de data being transfered.

The reporting view could be better. A more in depth view on the individual webinars would be great.

Ease of implementing, live, on demand and pre recorded webinar + tracking who watched.

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The support is easily reached, this is clearly the best unique point of Webinargeek compared to other Webinar tools. It all works as it should, and even if there are minor bugs, they'll add them to the roadmap and at least investigate whether they can fix it or not. They even went out of their way with a developer to help with a custom problem we were facing.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

You're forced to first talk with an AI Bot. Guess that's standard practice everyday, but it's really hit or miss. The downside is that when a human employee is taking over, they first have to "read the conversation back" and then it takes quite a while before they are actually able to respond and help you. Would be helpful to have the option right away.

The integration with other webinar tools is not easy as it is missing, which makes the transition from a different webinar tool harder as it is custom uploading and checking everything throroughly.

I love Webinargeek because it is so user-friendly, it really has everything in it, and as a non-computer nerd, I can find everything in it. Really simple, clear, and affordable. Highly recommended!!

If I take the presentation and I want to replace a slide, then there should be an option for the side notes to remain somewhere.

It allows me to host webinars in a very easy way. Otherwise, I would never do this, and thanks to Webinargeek, I do it! Wonderful!

The support time are fast and proactive.

Some of the set up features are unclear, specifically related to the differences between hosting live or recorded webinars. The journey you're taken on when hosting a recorded webinar is glitchy and I've found myself needing to contact support multiple times. The messaging could be clearer as to the steps required when hosting a recorded webinar.

i wish it offered a function to review comments from the public and then allow you as the moderator to push them live.

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Well so far I like absolutely everything about WebinarGeek! Yes I'm a big fan. It is so utterly easy to create a online meeting (webinar) in this system, that I wished we had purchased this sooner. Of course there is a learning curve to know how you can set all the settings in the right order, but WebinarGeek makes it really intuitive and easy. It's really plug&play, very easy to implement. And the best thing ever is that they have a support desk where you can reach out all day long (9 am to 9 pm) with all your questions and remarks. They always answer within minutes and provide valuable advice, help and information. Always helpful, friendly and compassionate, even if the questions are sometimes too easy to find out yourself in the support section of WebinarGeek. They will make the extra mile, always. So grateful for that; it makes managing stress levels so much easier. I really love the new feature where you can invite attendees to open their camera en microfone, we will be using that soon. It is the feature which makes that my colleagues will use WebinarGeek in the near future! Oh, and I would almost forget about the integration with Hubspot. It's like magic, you find all the data in Hubspot and have a clear view of what people are following and liking.

So far I haven't found something to be unhappy about.

With other platforms we had so much technical issues that it was detrimental to our image as a business. WG offers us a reliable platform, easy to use, good communication to our customers and the best online experience for users ánd customers/viewers.

WebinarGeek has made presenting our weekly training sessions for self serve users, simple and effective. 
It is easy to set up initially and implement. The webinars are simple to set up and there are many different options, there is a high level of customisation in the platform which I love. 
Customer support has been excellent and they reply quickly to any questions asked.

The pricing & number of users can be slightly confusing but is well explained when reaching out to customer support

WebinarGeek is very user-friendly! I enjoy how easy the website is to navigate. I particularly like the Academy, which answers a multitude of questions—from basic to complex—with videos. I prefer this to sifting for an answer through articles. WebinarGeek's price point in combination with its ease of use, compared to other webinar softwares, cannot be beat for small businesses (or non-profits). Their customer service is impeccable. Although you start with a bot, you are able to quickly transition (no long-wait times) to speaking with a customer service agent.

I wish they would promote their special offer for non-profits a little better.

I love that WebinarGeek if affordable and gives you all the bells & whistles of softwares that are significantly higher price point - this is great for a start-up like us. Easy to use, really effective software that delivers a great webinar.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Unfortunately, there are two things that bug me: 1. Editing the landing page is a bit tough if you really want it to match your branding. I can't wait for WG to improve it's LP editor at some point. 2. I wish you could download all the analytic reports into one file that was not a pdf. But these are small complaints for how much you do get.

WebinarGeek is a budget friendly way to run smooth, excellent webinars that lead to conversion. Despite it's low monthly price, you can still run CTAs during an event, post event surveys, simulated live webinars - it. has all the functionality I was looking for to host a great webinar program.

We are most impressed by WebinarGeek's opportunities for our company to use our own personal branding. We also love that the sign up page is fully customizable, as well as every other aspect of the platform.

We would love if the virtual backgrounds/blur did not make our heads look funny :) but this is a minor fix we hope to see in the near future.

We were sick of Zoom not being at all customizable, and their links did not always work correctly for some of our registrants. We are impressed with all aspects of the WebinarGeek functionality, and will continue to use it moving forward for our company's webinars.

On Demand, Replay, Live webinars there are so many options and it all works great. You can redirect leads to your page, built your own webinar overview page and track leads from what links they signed up from. So many great features and also the integrations with other tools

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

It's a very stable tool. Never got kicked out, even when my WiFi was a bit glitchy. I like that my participants can be completely anonymous, that makes it more accessible for them to attend. And the best part for myself is that I can present completely distraction free. Great set-up.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Integrations aren't the best with Kajabi (via Zapier). It's a bit limited in data and what I can do with it. Also when your not a very frequent user, the price point is quite steep. It wanted to switch to montly payment, so I can pause every now and then, but that's so much more expensive, that you don't really win anything there.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collecting data on who subscribed, who watched and for how long. I would love to be able to import that into my CRM-tools, so I can keep track of the more active potential clients.

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

It ticks all of our boxes and has so many different functionalities. They really have thought of it all. It covers way more than Zoom and at a fraction of the price. I love how automated it all is, and it has saved me hours of time - I no longer need to send confirmation emails, reminders, post-webinar comms manually, and the list goes on - it does it all for you.

The integration with Hubspot is seamless and has unlocked so much potential for our marketing efforts as well as customer support.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

It would be good if you could set up templates that are used for all the pages/emails - it's good that you can copy from previous ones, but it would be even better if they were set up as default. 

It would also be good if you could customise the URL of the webinar without needing to use your own website or anything. But that's a very small thing in the grand scheme of things.

Automation. Multiple webinars and hosting them more frequently.

It is very user friendly and I like that you have the option to run a Test Webinar to get yourself familiar with all the features.

The number of pop ups/chats when you enter the home page.

We work a lot with WebinarGeek within the organization; it is an addition to our organization for developing and delivering online training. It was easy for our employees to start using WebinarGeek. We received an onboarding training, which made everything clear right away. Even when setting up the software, WebinarGeek was easily reachable for questions. Even now, after using it for several months, I still receive emails asking if I have any questions and I am regularly updated about the new features.

There are so many features in the software that we needed some time to set everything up properly. It's quite a task to discover everything, but once you're there, it goes fine.

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

One of the best platforms I've ever used for business is WebinarGeek. It facilitates the conversation. It's easy to schedule a meeting for any time in the future. WebinarGeek is very easy to use, and the customer service on this platform is very helpful. The quickest option is to use one-click WebinarGeek if you need to hold a meeting right now.

You are able to annotate on the screen during the meeting, even if it is not your screen. You can even dictate to the computer of another participant. When I realised it, I was in shock. Additionally, you can record your meeting and obtain meeting details, such as the attendance list.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The evaluation form that can be added at the conclusion of the webinar was the only thing that didn't function properly. I had to re-complete the entire form because I couldn't rearrange the questions' order. That's not what I would have expected from the remainder of the show.

Due to issues with the prior software at our organisation, we made the decision to move to WebinarGeek. It offers clear audio and video, which improves the flow of meetings. End-to-end encryption is one of its key features, especially for our sensitive data and projects. enables cloud access to meeting recordings. lets you personalise meetings with waiting areas and access controlled by password.

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Webinargeek is very user-friendly; if I want to adjust or set something, I can quickly find where I need to be. On the customer side, everything is clear and also aesthetically pleasing in terms of layout. Of course, WG also meets all the requirements you expect from webinar software and does not fall short compared to (often much more expensive) American webinar software. It's also nice that it's a Dutch program with a fast-responding Dutch helpdesk. I especially like the chat function and have used it a few times already. It's great that you get an immediate answer when you have a question.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I miss the feature to have participants present with video and audio in a webinar. This is indeed the new way of connecting. Making everyone a co-host is way too complicated, so now I have to use Zoom for that, but it has a poor follow-up system.

I need software to host webinars and follow up with participants (keep them engaged, send reminders, provide recordings afterwards, etc.)

WebinarGeek is more than a webinartool. You have a wide ability for e-mailmarketing, on brand adaptation of emails,... The recordings are also of good quality and I like you can 'test' the webinar before the actual live timing.

I think webinar is an expensive tool but I'm very happy with all the features. Couldn't find those features in other tools and I did quite some research.

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The software is reasonably simple to use and set up. We have been successfully utilising this software for 1-1 meetings, group meetings, company-wide town hall meetings, major workshops, and other events involving both internal and external participants for around two years. The ability to create private rooms in addition to regular rooms for invited guests is a huge advantage for us, especially since everyone works from home. Connections to GSuite email and calendaring also work well. Finally, during meetings and other collaboration sessions, connectivity to RoomKit devices in our conference rooms did a great job of connecting local and remote workers.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The only problem I have found with this platform is that the video and audio quality really depend on how reliable and strong your internet connection is. In other words, when there is a bad connection, the audio starts cracking and the video gets blurry.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outlook integration makes the meetings very easy. You can easily do the meeting management within your outlook.  A productivity tool enables you to access your agenda and shows what's next. This way, even when Outlook is closed, you can manage your agenda or meetings. Mobile platform apps work properly and integrate with you while on business travel. Sure, there are some things to improve, but it is the best software I've experienced so far for meeting organisations. The interface is very elegant and attractive, too.

After trying out several webinar hosting platforms, I found that webinargeek is a standout option for beginners like me. 

One of the things I like most about this platform is its user-friendly interface.

Another standout feature is the platform's ability to shift from LIVE to Automatated, even at the last minute...

Plus, the platform's cool feature is to upload your own contact file (.csv file) and add them manually to register and remind the attendees about a specific webinar.

Annual subscription DISCOUNT OFFER is great for those who are serious about their business and looking to host webinars regularly.

Finally, The support is Awesome!! Loved the support team...
