The people are inclusive, friendly, welcoming, and frankly, I feel like I would be friends with them outside of work if we all lived in the same city. I view them as an extension of my team, so I often treat them just like I treat my own employees. We then hired WebFX to build us a website and manage our paid advertising. These teams were great, and we have been very happy with the website they built for us. The paid advertising was also done very well. During the COVID-19 pandemic, when our business was shut down, the business manager was more interested in short term profits than long term relationships, and cut ties with us. After the pandemic, we attempted to renew our SEO subscription and they appear to have lied to us, saying they no longer work with travel companies. Our experience with WebFX ended up being very mixed, but overall quite positive. The first practitioner wasn't worth a fraction of what they charged. The senior agents we worked with were exceptional. The team is very knowledgable and provide great insight, training, and resources to you. **What do you dislike about WebFX?** Not a thing. We are on PST and have a XUS site, but regardless of their EST, they have recorded meetings, provided excellent instructions to our team and us. So there was no need to have them make appointments after hours on their timezone. **Recommendations to others considering WebFX:** Suppose you are building a business or have an established business. I recommend you contact Webpage Fx to help you understand website traffic, how to collect metrics, and how to improve site traffic that will yield more business and revenue. I was hesitant to work with such a large agency (again) because historically in these settings I have always been treated as a number without dedication or customization. Our account manager is incredible and an expert in her field. She is responsive when we have a question and she makes sure to detail why each adjustment was made within our website and how it will serve us in the long run. **What do you dislike about WebFX?** Unfortunately, we jumped the gun in starting our contract with WebFX because we knew we needed them, but we were still in the midst of launching our new website. This caused a major bottle neck and we ended up paying for two-months where we couldn't receive any on-page support. We did find a handful of other projects to work on (long-form content, competitive research, etc.) but I can't help but feel like we wasted a bunch of our market dollars because of our web delays. I wish we could have paused our WebFX agreement until the new website was live. That's ultimately a fault of my own because I never even asked if that was a possibility. **Recommendations to others considering WebFX:** I recommend WebFX for anyone looking for help optimizing their SEO strategy. The additional, expert resources they provide are best-in-class. They are well educated on what's new in terms of Search Platforms (Google's algorithm changes, privacy updates changing data capture, etc.) and they inform you (the client) on how to be the best you can be. **What problems is WebFX solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we went through a rebrand, our website and domain were rebranded as well, causing us to start from scratch. I'm a marketing team of one at a company of 200 so we were in desperate need of some extra resources. We ultimately decided to go with WebEx because they were the best at doing what we wanted--getting first page organic search results for top keywords--and their prices were comparable to boutique agencies. ### 49. Of the 10 companies we interviewed, they really showed the most promise to have a quick ramp up time. **What do you dislike about WebFX?** Nothing so far. We have been pleased with their work. **Recommendations to others considering WebFX:** Do your homework to find the best company to fit your needs. However, if you want a company that has a lot of options to work with (now or in the future) consider WebFX. **What problems is WebFX solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to take our SEO to the next level to drive traffic to our website to build awareness with new potential clients. The team helped assess areas we needed the most help to get us started. They began with adding metadata, adding better keywords, backlinking, and reviewing content that was very short and possibly hurting our google ranking. Now they are helping us write content for new webpages, and with a new website design. In the year we have worked with them, we have seen an increase in organic traffic YOY almost every month, as well as an increase in sessions and time on the page. ### 50. The tracking they provide through their WebFX cloud is unmatched. We can see directly where leads are coming from so we can adequately track them in our CRM and see how our marketing budget is working. WebFX also is fantastic at communication. All of the changes they are making are recorded in the WEBFX cloud. It shows what they are working on and what they have already completed. We also speak with our project manager monthly to review everything that happened in the previous month. Another thing that impresses me with WebFX is if we encounter a problem, they respond the same day and resolve the issue or answer any questions we may have. They are also very good at communication and letting us know what is being done at all times to improve our website. **What do you dislike about WebFX?** There are very few things that I dislike about WebFX. One of the things I dislike is how some of their reporting is done. Their reporting sometimes shows items to make their numbers look better when specific conversions they count need not be included. For example, they count direction requests as a conversion when those requests come straight from our employees when they are mapping their way back to our office from a job site. I brought this up to our project manager, Kirsten, and she was quick to change the reporting so that the numbers were more accurate. **Recommendations to others considering WebFX:** Our company has been in business for 30 years, and we have worked with other SEO/PPC companies in the past, but WebFX has been the best. Our biggest concern was paying a lot of money and not knowing what they were doing. With WebFX, this is not the case. They use their WebFX cloud to ensure clients are in the loop. The WebFX cloud shows what WebFX employees spend their time on and the next steps in the process. Another critical thing about WebFX is that they have a team of professionals working on your website. Each team member has their expertise. In the past, companies we worked with only had one person doing everything. I think it is essential to have these independent roles because web development is pretty intense and is constantly changing. If you are looking hire a SEO/PPC company for your business WebFX is the way to go. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy. **What problems is WebFX solving and how is that benefiting you?** WebFX is helping us with SEO and managing our google ads account. Their help has helped our online presence grow and helped us track exactly where leads are coming from.
