I don't know if it's something from my company (we only use Webexpenses for reimbursements) or it's from Webexpenses side, but it's not intuitive. It has a very slow UI. The automated features are incomplete, which means a significant number of manual steps are required. Some of these steps are insanely time-consuming. The UX is unintuitive and it just takes far too long to submit a monthly claim for my company credit card.
