What do you like best about Webex Suite?

What I like best is the superb audio and video clarity, which remains stable even when network connection drops. Their AI-powered background noise removal is outstanding and easily filters out home or office distractions during calls. What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

The desktop application can sometimes be heavy on system resources, causing minor delays or lag on older machines. Additionally, the joining process for external clients can sometimes be a bit slow if they are prompted to install the Webex client instead of joining instantly via the browser. What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves our hybrid team's communication fragmentation. By providing a single, highly secure platform for all daily standups, webinars, and client meetings, it has reduced technical dropouts, saved us money on licensing multiple individual tools, and kept our distributed team aligned.
