The tech support is unbeatable and the user setup is so simple. I was able to navigate setting up the app without prior coding or tech experience. It was also very easy to send participants updates about changing details. I also found that there were many opportunities for customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Webex Events & Webinars? The app set up is definitely geared towards business hours, so if this is an event that you are planning on the side, it is a little more difficult to get tech support. What problems is Webex Events & Webinars solving and how is that benefiting you? A great benefit of the app is being able to update information in real time and keep track of projected attendance. Communication of changes is a major snag with conferences. The app allows me to seamlessly communicate with participants and update links, room numbers, and times. The app also is user friendly.
