Our sales team went from three people to nine pretty fast and we were still on one shared line, which meant a lot of missed calls just from everyone being busy at once. Set up a hunt group so calls actually ring through to whoever's free instead of piling onto one person, and turned on voicemail transcription for the group mailbox so whoever's around can skim what someone left instead of listening to five messages back to back.
