I like how easy it is for the host to organize and control the entire session and provide opportunities to speakers. The ability to share contents through various modes is great, and the mobile app is very helpful when on the go—it allows you to see the entire presentation deck, even if you missed the live share. I find the webinars better compared to other apps and experience less lag and fewer connection issues, even with a large number of people. I also appreciate being able to connect through a browser without needing an app, which makes it very accessible, especially across regions with lower technology penetration. The feature that allows creating separate groups within a meeting, like different rooms, is incredible for trainings and panel discussions on a larger scale. I think overall integration can be improved where it can be used like Teams. It would be great if there were an API that allows meetings to be seamlessly exported, and the app could be faster when loading up as it feels a bit slow. Speed is particularly important because when loading up the app on a laptop compared to Teams or Zoom, I find Webex a bit lagging. Additionally, it would be nice to have more seamless extensions in Outlook, like being able to create meetings directly from email, similar to how it's possible with MS Teams.
