What do you like best about WebCarrots?

Very easy to use and well documented, both in the user GUIs and in the Webcarrots Academy videos. Support is excellent, and last but not least, the reports have helped us close content gaps, identify our real competitors, do the analysis, and improve our visibility. What do you dislike about WebCarrots?

Maybe the only downside is that it has so many options and such a deep level of analysis. Our SEO person actually prefers fewer options, and it ends up making him spend time exploring instead of getting straight to what he needs. I’m not sure I’d call it a real “dislike,” but a version with a simpler, guided wizard for “lazy” people could work well too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WebCarrots solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finding competitors is a key issue for us. This is the only system that, after we confirmed its output, actually knows how to identify and fetch the right competitors. Their competitive analysis is excellent, and the bottom line is that it got us into many search terms and helped a large number of our specific websites reach good ranking positions, both in Google and in AI tools like ChatGPT, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
