From email validation to data append, every lead will be a good one when using webbula to target your lead generation. **What do you dislike about Webbula?** Webbula could have more user friendly ways to access some features. There are ways in the portal for some services and others require their api but overall it's really good. **What problems is Webbula solving and how is that benefiting you?** Validating emails as to weather they are real, high risk, frequent complainers, spam traps. Also adding data (like purchase history) to existing contact details. ### 2. Webbula is head and shoulders better at identifying bad email addresses. This includes risky addresses as well as invalid addresses. They have been able to identify spam traps that other services could not identify. **What do you dislike about Webbula?** Several of the competing solutions have a nicer UI. **What problems is Webbula solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Webbula to clean all client CRM data before importing the data into a marketing automation package. Having clean data helps to maintain our client's email sender reputation, which helps with inbox placement. ### 4. I learned a ton from our account rep, and it helped to shape our customer onboarding process. **What do you dislike about Webbula?** The CEO posted a long article explaining the state of their business, which has been disrupted by a number of factors out of their control. He also pointed out that Webbula would be addressing these challenges head on. It's a bit of an excuse, but I'm not sure what better they can do. **Recommendations to others considering Webbula:** Test, demo, and use as many variations as you can think of to do the tests. Get data from disparate sources, and test again. **What problems is Webbula solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cleaning data before populating our lead-gen CRM.
