What do you like best about Weave?

I use the app from Monday - Saturday, and overall, my experience has been very positive. It was very easy to set up and the customer support provides a solution to any of our concerns. What do you dislike about Weave?

I would prefer if it were possible to use the keyboard to press keys, rather than having to tap them directly within the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
