## Wealthbox CRM Reviews
  ### 1. Good CRM for Financial Advisors

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Owen H. | Equity Research Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

I like that Wealthbox CRM provides a single place to put all client and prospect communication and tracks client interactions. Much better than prior CRMs we tried on the service side of the business. Setup was pretty easy and we were able to tie it into some other systems through native connectors to easily move data between platforms.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

The UI doesn't feel particularly modern, and it's very click-heavy with no shortcuts for quick navigation. I'd love to have more shortcuts available so that I don't have to click around the page as much. It seem roughly fairly priced for what you get today.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wealthbox CRM gives us a single place to put all client communication and track interactions easily, focusing on financial services. It understands the service side of a client relationship, helping us manage client relationships effectively.

  ### 2. AI Notetaker Is a Game-Changer That Saves Us Hours

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Quinlan I. | Financial Planner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

I love that the AI notetaker lets me stay focused on the client instead of writing notes the whole time. It’s truly a game changer, and it has been saving us hours and hours.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

The only thing I don’t like is that each task can only be assigned to a single planner or wealth manager.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wealthbox is helping solve our problem of simply not having enough hours in the day. It lets us complete tasks in minutes that used to take hours, which has made a real difference in our workflow. Overall, using the software has been an amazing experience.

  ### 3. Simple, Easy-to-Use Software for Tasks and Birthday Email Reminders

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zarina M. | CFO/Senior Insurance Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

I love the simplicity of this software. It’s easy to operate: I can create tasks, assign tasks to employees, and get email notifications about clients’ birthdays. Overall, it’s a great piece of software.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

I wish that when you integrate it, it wouldn’t create duplicate contacts. I also wish it included a DOB column and other simple fields by default, because right now I have to create so many of them myself.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I keep my clients’ info organized and secure there, and it’s easy for me to access.

  ### 4. Wealthbox Keeps Business Flowing with Powerful Workflows and Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erich O. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

Wealthbox is a great CRM for keeping my business running smoothly, thanks to its workflow capabilities and integrations that help keep everything moving.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

Many features are inaccessible unless you upgrade your plan, and the price jump is significant. I wish they offered more flexible, lower-cost feature upgrades so smaller businesses could access what they need at more reasonable price point.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wealthbox is our one-stop shop for tracking activities related to our clients. It makes it easy to see where things stand in the process and what’s been done so far.

  ### 5. Intuitive, Powerful, and Effortlessly Organized CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Delia D. | Finance Broker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

What I like best about Wealthbox CRM is how intuitive and easy it is to use while still being powerful. It keeps all client notes, tasks, and follow-ups organized in one place, making it simple to stay on top of relationships and compliance without feeling overwhelmed. It helps me work efficiently and stay proactive.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

What I dislike about Wealthbox CRM is that some advanced automations and reporting features are limited compared to larger enterprise CRMs. There’s also a bit of a learning curve when setting up custom workflows, and deeper integrations sometimes require workarounds. Still, those are minor trade-offs for how clean and user-friendly the platform is.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wealthbox CRM solves the problem of disorganized client information and missed follow-ups by keeping all notes, tasks, and communication history in one place. That benefits me by improving efficiency, accountability, and compliance, while allowing me to stay proactive with clients instead of reacting to issues after the fact.

  ### 6. Wealthbox exceeds expectations as a CRM software program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phil B. | Wealth Manager, Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

Wealthbox continues to innovate its software program, adapting to the needs of the financial services industry it serves. In addition, multiple software programs integrate seamlessly with Wealthbox, making the value of this CRM exponentially greater than it would be without these partnerships.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

It sometimes seems that Wealthbox tries to be all things to all people. What I mean by that is that by adding Innovations and software upgrades, sometimes the main focus of Wealthbox's value gets diluted in chasing shiny things that might not make sense for Wealthbox to have incorporated or detract from its initial direction.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wealthbox provides an intuitive CRM software program without requiring a lot of user input. The tasks, workflows, notes, and everything that helps drive the user to input effective data, is helped along in the process by Wealthbox and the suggestions it provides in support information.

  ### 7. Easy and near seamless transition to Wealthbox from Redtail

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

Transition to Wealthbox from Redtail was quick and mostly seamless. Interface in Wealthbox makes it easy to get up to speed. Mobile app works well. Tasks and workflows are easy to use and help track productivity. Bulk CRM updates and custom fields make it easy to reconfigure the CRM. Customer support for the most part is prompt and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

Certain fields in Redtail did not export 1 to 1 to Wealthbox fields.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of compliance search by client; bulk updates when we want to reconfigure fields in CRM; tasks and workflows help us track opportunities and projects across people.

  ### 8. Bad communication-difficult to use

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamara N. | Customer care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

Coming from Redtail I see NO upsides in Wealthbox

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

There is no phone number to contact them. You have to make an appointment on their calendar by navigating through the system, the appointment times are always the next day or later. I dislike most all of it, way to complicated. I don't have the hours to dedicate to building my system within Wealthbox. Redtail was so user friendly & provides the same data.
Coming from Redtail I see NO upsides in Wealthbox, the creators obviously haven't worked in my environment where I service clients & provide information to the reps. I could create mailing labels so easy! Now I have to build the template myself by exporting the report ( very complex to create report) then safe to a cvs & then try to populate a label template. Seriously! It was faster to hand write the envelopes. Way too many clicks to navigate from client to client.
I cringe whenever the rep asks for a specific group of clients for a report. I use different resources to create the reports due to the difficulty and inaccuracies.
The list goes on & on

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When it's actually syncing, The reps like the shared calendar

  ### 9. A modern & purpose-built CRM that delivers on both its capabilities AND the overall UX.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

It's a CRM built from the ground up specifically for financial professionals, unlike other providers who sell off-the-shelf solutions that are catered to nobody in particular. It integrates with lots of other solutions that we already use on a daily basis, like Albridge & eMoney. Navigating through WB is fairly seamless and easy and the learning curve is a lot less intense than other CRMs. Lastly, they are the NEW CRM on the block, and are hyper focused on rapid innovation & growth compared to other, older CRMs who may not prioritize that anymore.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

Easily my biggest gripe about WB is how users send & receive notifications to communicate with others on the platform. You can't "mention" or "@" another user, and must instead go to the "Notify" button after each task/comment you make, click their name, then click save to finally ensure that user gets notified of whatever it is you're working on. And ALL notifications a user is assigned to will be sent to you via email alert... Not the best for those with already overly cluttered inboxes.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the issue of overpaying for other "generic" CRMs, like Salesforce, which have way too many features you'll never use & not nearly enough of the features you wish you had! You get way more out of it for the money you pay vs other CRMs and everyone's efficiencies go up as well because it's way easier to use.

  ### 10. Use the system for three months. Nothing stated in the sales process was true.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** christopher p. | CFP, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Wealthbox CRM?**

The marketing was great. It made me sign up.
Pinned notes is the best feature the system has.
the will tell you about their update box that is on the home page. but the placement of this is not good. well you are working you are spending your time on task or workflows. not at the page that tells you what your time has done.

**What do you dislike about Wealthbox CRM?**

The system was not user-friendly. Double the number of clicks needed for the most simple task.
The customer service is not helpful. Every time you have a question. They refer you to a different department.
The final blow was that it took three departments to tell us how they think we should share information about clients with our team—something so simple but no help.
in the end, we left Wealthbox, and my sales assistants thanked me for leaving that system.
We kept them for three months, and it was a hit to our business flow. They also sold us on paying annually and are keeping thousands of dollars, even though we are done with this system.

**What problems is Wealthbox CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unfortunately, Wealthbox only created problems for the flow of business.
