The best thing about Wayne Reaves Software is that it is fast and efficient. Looking up accounts, posting payments, and creating and completing deals are simple and easy. WR's customer service is also incredibly helpful and prompt, having called them on many occasions I have had every issue resolved in a timely manner thanks to their great staff. As efficient as the system is, the look itself is quite outdated. The website customization options are also outdated and limited in scope, and while our custom WR site is mobile-friendly, it cannot be edited in terms of visual presentation. Also, it can be tricky to navigate several tabs at once in addition to making changes on a particular account while another user is editing or viewing that same account.
