The team was extremely responsive and flexible in working around my calendar. They were able to incorporate my feedback very quickly into their product. The UI/UX is very modern looking and they are able to integrate with almost all of the key systems that my team uses. The analytics and insights provided for both DORA and AI usage were helpful.
